At Giulietta Jewellery, every piece is a work of art handcrafted in Florence, Italy. We take immense pride in the meticulous process and secure delivery of your treasured jewel. Please read our policy below for detailed information on how we handle and ship your order, from our artisan bench to your doorstep.
Pre-Order & Processing Time
Pre-Order Items: please allow up to 20 days for the crafting and processing of your jewel before shipment.
Ready-to-Ship Items: pieces listed as 'In Stock' will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
For Italy (domestic), the "Standard Tracked" service takes x-x business days and costs €x.
For the European Union (EU), "Express Tracked" takes x-x business days and costs €xx.
For the "Rest of World," "Express Tracked & Insured" takes x-xx business days, with the cost calculated at checkout.
Important Notes
Tracking & Insurance: All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage, and a tracking number will be provided immediately via email upon dispatch.
Customs & Duties: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.
Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy.
Refund & Returns Policy
Given the high value and delicate nature of our fine jewellery, which is crafted from 18k gold and precious stones, all sales are final.
However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange for an exchange. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to report the issue and initiate the exchange process.
